- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (mild) or 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (hotter)
Combine all ingredients, blending well. Store in an airtight container.
To cook: Brown meat. Add to skillet 2 Tbsp seasoning and 2/3 cup water per pound of ground beef, turkey, chicken or bison. Stir well. Reduce over low heat.
Yield: approx 4 batches
Verdict: Quite good. Would recommend. I do miss putting cheese on my taco, though.
