Pretty boys

Anybody want a go at deciphering this?

I've got the first bit--the stuff that's in pen--but then, it gets ... squirrelly.

"Oratio ad D. N. J. C. Crucifixum

“En ego, o bone et dulcissime Jesu, ante conspectum tuum genibus me provolvo….”

If you're curious, this is what a previous owner inscribed in the flyleaf of the copy of the Liber Usualis that ended up in my possession (after a jaunt through the hands of an marketplace seller.  I've owned it for ... um ... well, amazon says since March of 2001.  It was printed in 1934.)
